I love Mtn Hideaway, but I'm not much of a climber, camper, hunter or fisherman. I do love to photograph nature, though, and this entry by Jerod helped me think about taking it to a new level. It would be worth it to get out early in the morning where no one else is, to capture a view that others might never experience. I bet MH could point me in the right direction.

I've been working outdoors with Boy Scouts for over 25 years and I never stop learning something. I pick the brains of ever scout and scouter I know and there is always something new. My Dad used to tell me the reason I wasn't catching any fish by saying; "Ah, you're just not holding your mouth right. You'll figure it out.", and eventually I did. Well that was his way of saying 'just wing it'.

Mountain Hideaway Rocks! Thanks for the MK Love, folks. On behalf of the good readers of this post, one correction we feel we should make is to clarify that Mountain Khakis is a full-blooded American brand, inspired by our Jackson Hole, WY roots and the heritage of the American West. Some of our styles are indeed Made in the USA (for example our Glass Teton Belt and Glass Bison Belt), and we are always working to develop US-Made opportunities. In the few-degrees-of-separation that exists in the manufacturing world, our core product is made in the finest facilities and imported from select countries. Thanks for allowing us to clarify that, and thanks again for the great post!

We currently do not carry New Balance shoes in our shop shoes, but the closest thing to the shoe you mentioned that we do carry is the Merrell Trail Glove. We have nearly sold out of these but we can always see if we can special order them directly from Merrell.

Ryan,
Great job on the description of the trail. Your right it is amazing how many places there are right by home that we often over look. This world is lucky to have you in it. In no time Cason will be covering that ground with you.
God Bless, Happy Trails,
Boyd
